Our vision for 2025? To expand the impact of our innovative community-based support
As the clock ticked down to 2025, Frontier Support paused for a moment not just to reflect, but to celebrate.
The end of 2024 left us with countless stories of resilience, progress, and the positive transformation of lives. It’s no exaggeration to say that our work with the people we support has been nothing short of extraordinary.
But as we look forward, we’re setting our sights on expanding our impact and continuing to deliver the high-quality, community-based support we’re known for.
To put it simply, our 2025 vision is simple but ambitious: to leverage our growing clinical and specialised expertise to make a difference where it’s needed most.
Wrapping up 2024: A year of progress and positive outcomes
2024 was a milestone year for us as we saw some of the people we support achieve goals they’d set themselves.
From someone transitioning to more independent living, to another taking their first steps toward employment. The outcomes speak volumes about the power of the Government-backed tailored, person-centred support.
That said, with every challenge faced—and there were many—we ended the year on a high note, which highlighted our belief that every person we support can achieve remarkable things with the right guidance.
We also deepened our collaboration with local authorities and healthcare professionals, proving that teamwork truly does make the dream work. And as 2025 begins, we’re taking those lessons and partnerships with us on a bigger journey.
1. Supporting communities amid NHS pressures
It’s no secret that the NHS is facing unprecedented pressures. But that’s where we step in. Frontier’s vision for 2025 is grounded in the understanding that innovative, localised community-based support can ease the burden on overstretched systems.
By working with people within their communities, we not only empower them but create ripple effects that benefit families, neighbours, and entire networks.
And our in-house clinical team, with expertise in positive behaviour support, autism, and mental health, is at the heart of this vision.
This year, we’re doubling down on our mission to deliver specialised, evidence-based care that’s as dynamic and diverse as the people we serve.
2. Expanding our horizons in new regions with new opportunities
In 2025, we’re setting our sights on new locations, bringing Frontier’s award-winning specialist care and support to areas where person-centred care is needed. So we’re forging new partnerships with local authorities and extending our hand to healthcare professionals who share our vision.
We’re also diving into new ways of supporting people by expanding our housing partnerships and introducing cutting-edge technology that enhances independent living.
2025 is the year for bold moves and brighter futures
Or, as Tony Piercy, Frontier’s CEO, reinforces: “Everybody deserves the opportunity to live their life to the full, and it is Frontier’s job to help make that happen – however big the challenge.”
