Tony Piercy – CEO
Tony has more than 35 years’ social care experience in a range of settings. He would like to think that he has had a positive impact on the lives of the people he has worked with during that time.
He believes that everybody deserves the opportunity to live their life to the full. And it’s Frontier’s job to help them do so – however big the challenge.
Tony is very proud of Frontier – from the brilliant in-house behavioural team to all the wonderful people being supported.
He likes to spend his spare time with his wife, Nicki, a Senior Community Occupational Therapist, and his son and daughter. He also enjoys golf and walking. In terms of relaxation, Tony can often be found in his garden – attending to his vegetables.
