Our 2018/19 staff recognition scheme recently culminated in a celebratory lunch where we congratulated our 12 Employees of the Month and crowned JosephEjohour Frontier Employee of the Year.
Providing imaginative, specialist care and support to people with a variety of needs (including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Mental & Physical Health issues and Challenging Behaviour) can often be testing and we are extremely proud of and grateful to our wonderful team who frequently go above and beyond to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
The staff recognition scheme was one of the first initiatives that Tony Piercy, CEO of Frontier Support, introduced. He says: “Our work can be incredibly rewarding but also extremely challenging at times. And Social Care is a sector that doesn’t always get the best press. So I think it’s important to identify and celebratewhere our team members have gone the extra mile. Any of the 12 finalists would have made a worthy winner but we just felt that Joseph’s calm and continued professional and personal support of one of our clients was exceptional.”
