We are looking for experienced compassionate and reliable Support Workers to support male adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives.

This role involves supporting individuals to maintain their independence, take part in activities, and manage day-to-day tasks, including personal care where required.

Due to the nature of the role and the personal care needs of the individuals we support, this position is open to male applicants only. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, to ensure privacy and dignity are maintained.

Full and part time hours available the hourly rate for the service is £13.50 per hour.

This is a waking night service so shifts will be days and nights, shifts are over seven days, and it will be a requirement to work some weekends.

Being trained in Nappi UK level 2 training is required for this service full training will be provided.

  • Ability to respond calmly to challenging situations
