Support Workers Required, Full and Part time considered £9.00 per hour

An additional payment of £30.00 is paid per sleep-in at our services where a sleep-in is required

Shifts are over seven days and it will be a requirement to work some weekends

Frontier Support Services provide Domiciliary Care and Support Living services to individuals in their own homes for people over 18 years of age who may have learning disabilities, mental health issues, an autistic spectrum disorder, Asperger’s Syndrome, physical disabilities, and /or emitted challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will be required to provide support to individuals with varying needs and abilities within their own homes, maintaining appropriate levels of respect, dignity, and professionalism.

Previous experience within this industry is desirable, however applicants with limited or no experience will be considered as full training will be provided

The ideal candidate will be proactive but also be respectful towards the clients and their needs. You will be a self-motivator that thrives in a busy environment and able to use your initiative in a sometimes pressured or challenging situations.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will be relied upon and required to support individuals on a daily basis.
