Our Employee Of The Month scheme is one of the ways that we reward staff who go above and beyond on behalf of clients. And this is exactly what our most recent winners have done:
Jenson Henry – for the positive effect his work is having on the people we support and, in particular, his efforts in encouraging one of our clients along to the Christmas party.
Odette Thomas – for her flexibility, help and assistance over the New Year period.
Danielle Cardow – for her helpful and can-do attitude and efficiency.
Polleen Campbell – for her general hard work and her persistence and resilience with providing care to a particular individual.
Cyril Matuwidi – for coping extremely well with an emergency situation.
Fiona Stock – for her hard work making sure that one of the people we support was able to attend important health check appointments.
