Frontier’s Summer Employees of the Month
Frontier’s Summer Employees of the MonthSummer may sadly be behind us but all the hard work that happened during that period still deserves acknowledgement.
And at Frontier Support that means recognising our Employees of the Month for June, July and August. So, without further ado, we present our winners:
June – Melanie Noel
We have very clear guidelines in place around how to support people with challenging needs and additionally how to help someone cope with anxiety. But sometimes, good old fashioned initiative is still called for. And Melanie has demonstrated this in bucketloads.
July – Earl Hudson
Earl goes above and beyond to make sure that his service is well run and is an asset to Frontier. In July he was able to arrange for a person we support to visit his elderly mother in the family home. This was particularly significant to the family as Mum is no longer able to travel. Earl has now arranged for this to be a fortnightly event and everyone is thrilled with the new arrangements.
August – Lisa Cooper
Lisa was nominated by one of the people we support who feels that she goes the extra mile for him and the other people she works with. Lisa has also done an amazing job in stepping up and running our Outreach service.
All three winners were presented with a certificate and £50 voucher by CEO, Tony Piercy and Director, Len Stevens. They go forward for consideration for Employee of the Year 2018/19.
The Employee of the Month awards are part of Frontier’s commitment to recognising and sharing the best practice and outstanding contribution of its 140 strong team.
