We are flattered to have had some lovely people say some wonderful things about Frontier Support over the years. Some of those people are clients, some are families of clients, others are professionals that we’ve worked alongside. Here’s a selection of their kind words:
With a lot of thanks and appreciation for all your hard work and the individual attention that our brother has received this year.
I would like to thank you and your staff for the support you’ve provided in recent weeks. I have been impressed that everyone has been well informed about the issues and potential risks. I feel that every effort was made to occupy the client and give her the space to grieve for her Mother in her own time. Perhaps you might argue that you are just doing your job, but credit must be given where it is due and I believe the caring aspect of our job must be upheld and praised. So many thanks to you and your staff.
Whilst completing my MSc in Mental Health and Psychological Therapies, I was seeking for a role where I could implement my knowledge of mental health into practise. When I came across the Clinical Practise Leader role advertised at Frontier Support Services I was at most attracted towards the rich experience, networking and, flexibility Frontier was able to offer me. Having worked at Frontier Support Services for over a year, I engaged in challenging environments that foster constant development as a Practise Leader, while continuously gaining tangible knowledge and experience of mental illnesses. I believe Frontier has equipped me well to understand the importance of holding a holistic and person centred approach where we encourage our staff to use all the skills to ensure our service users maximise their potential and wellbeing. Frontier Support Services has supported and, equipped me well in beginning my new career pathway as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the care I get from Julie (FS staff) – to get my shopping. Nothing too much for her.
I couldn’t ask for better.
It has been my pleasure to work with the staff of Frontier Support in a consultancy role during the past five years. Inputs have included training, diagnostic assessment and representation of their service users at key meetings.
The knowledge, understanding, skills, and sensitivity demonstrated by the FSS team serve to make a significant difference and enable service users to enjoy rewarding and fulfilling lives. I would consider the professionals at FSS to be the most sensitive and caring reflective practitioners I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
