Nicole Reid – Overseas Liaison Officer
I have been working at Frontier Support Head Office since May 2022 as an Admin Assistant to our Head of Administration and HR, Jennie Griffiths. I then took on the new role as the Overseas Liaison Officer in January 2023.
Since then, I have been working closely with our new team members who have had the opportunity to get a Skilled Worker sponsorship with us. We have had 30 applicants join the team who have travelled to us from Nigeria, Ghana, Grenada, Jamaica, Sierra Leone, and the Philippines.
It has been a very rewarding job helping our skilled workers settle into a new lifestyle and explore the opportunities here in the UK. They have gained lots of new training and new skills. I really enjoy this new role, as I like to take on new challenges, learn more skills, and meet new people.
Outside of work I love travelling and spending time with my family and friends. Becoming a new mum to my first child last year has been very rewarding and we love going on lots of adventures with her.
