Jensen Henry – Senior Behaviour Practitioner
I’m a psychology graduate and work alongside support staff, under the management of the clinical lead, to develop positive behaviour support strategies. We do this to improve the lives of the people we support, and consequently facilitate a reduction in behaviours that challenge.
I spend a lot of time with our clients – I enjoy interacting with them and finding out what is important to them, so that we can support them to live meaningful lives.
