We are recruiting for an Area Manager to work across our services within South London

The role is full time working 40 hours per week , £35,000 per annum

The role of Area Manager will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, diversity, and value for money. The Area Manager will be expected to be meet organisational and statutory requirements, including delivery of our compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) outcomes, with reference to guidelines and Frontier Support’ Standards, Policies and Procedures.

The Area Manager will provide effective and clear leadership to employees to ensure standards of performance are maintained to the highest level, to build open, honest and transparent working relationships with the key contacts with the Local Authorities, therefore acting as an ambassador for Frontier Support

Experience and skills required for the role:

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years at senior management level
• Excellent understanding of budgets and financial management
• Sound understanding of CQC
• Able to work and respond flexibly to the changing demands of the post
• Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload to meet tight and changing deadlines
• Able to confidently and effectively communicate with professionals, internal and external clients/suppliers and staff group
• Take part on the out of hours on-call
• Driving licence/ability to travel
• Enthusiastic positive outlook exercising leadership
