Vanessa Breslin - Hub Coordinator

I have a long history in Care.  Prior to Frontier, I worked for Home-Start where I was responsible for running family groups and supporting children under the age of 5.  When I first joined Frontier I worked as a Support Worker for six years.  I was then given the opportunity to step into the role of a Deputy Manager /Hub Coordinator.  This involves working with people with additional needs in group and 121 settings.

I really enjoy helping the people we support to achieve their aspirations and further their independence.  I have a very down to earth approach and find it easy to talk to people from all backgrounds and on all levels without judgement.  I have been touched that people in my care have been known to confide in me.

During my career I have also managed to complete my level 3 in Health and Social Care with Mathematics and English.  Away from work, I really enjoy spending time with my family.

We are a support provider for people with learning disabilities in the UK. If you, or a friend or relative, are struggling with a mental health issue then you need to speak to your GP. MIND and SAMARITIANS are good sources of information. In crisis, the best port of call is the Emergency Services.
