Mark Daniel - Senior Manpower

I have been involved in Health and Social care since 1997, progressing from Care Worker to Senior Support Worker. Working with such organisations as Mencap, I have supported a variety of people, including the elderly, adults with a learning disability, wheelchair users, people with sight impairments or on the Autistic spectrum and those who display challenging behaviours.

My journey with Frontier started in March 2009 as Team Leader in Clapham where I set up a service. Just over a year later, I moved over to the administrative side of the business as Receptionist and was later promoted to Office Manager. Within my current role, Senior Manpower Co-Coordinator, I manage anything to do with the rota, staff and payroll, plus health and safety, and I am also a trained First Aider.

Outside Frontier my hobbies include gaming, music, watching movies, travelling (whenever possible) and Alan Partridge!

We are a support provider for people with learning disabilities in the UK. If you, or a friend or relative, are struggling with a mental health issue then you need to speak to your GP. MIND and SAMARITIANS are good sources of information. In crisis, the best port of call is the Emergency Services.
