We’re overjoyed to welcome a new full-time Area Manager to Frontier Support.
Dawn Clarke has been appointed in the role and will play a key part in the effective delivery of our person-centred services to make sure they meet the needs of our residents.
Dawn brings with her a wealth of experience – more than 30 years if we had to put a number on it.
She lives in Enfield and has a son, Miles, 32 and daughter Hannah, 19.
When she’s not gardening, Dawn spends her time cheering on competitive swimmer, Hannah, at her swimming Galas.
Dawn’s work background is in social care and supported housing, making her perfect for this role.
She’s experienced in looking after those with mental health issues, learning difficulties, the elderly, young people leaving care and all things to do with general needs in housing.
Prior to joining Frontier, Dawn was the Estate Manager for Anchor Hanover Housing and before this, she was the Senior Contract Manager for Look Ahead.
What Dawn had to say
Dawn says: “I love a challenge and change management gives me an opportunity to transform a service and put in place vital measures needed to make it the very best it can be.
“I see the services I manage in Frontier as an opportunity to develop the people we support and the staff, enabling them to build on their skills and self-esteem.
“I want to bring my past skills and experiences into my present role as I value and respect everyone and believe I can make a positive difference to their lives.”
The new role
Whilst in this new role, Dawn will take responsibility for all aspects of operational care management, whilst providing leadership, management, and ongoing development for the whole care team.
Frontier’s CEO Tony Piercy said: “We’re delighted to welcome Dawn to Frontier Support.
“Not only does Dawn bring a wealth of housing experience thanks to her over 30-year-career, she also brings a whole load more of support care knowledge we place at the heart of the business.
“It’s been a busy time here at Frontier looking after our clients during a pandemic, but we’re making sure we’ve got the best team in place to do it – Dawn included!”
