The care we provide at Frontier Support enables our clients to live active and socially inclusive lives incorporating routines, hobbies and learning of their choosing. We support them through domiciliary care in their homes and out in the community.
The number of support hours is determined by the needs of the individual client. This can be anything from a few hours each week to care 24 hours a day. We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission (CQC) as a Domiciliary Care Provider and we’re experts in care and support for vulnerable adults.
We can help vulnerable adults struggling with a range of challenges.
We provide specialist care and services for adults with autism.Our highly trained staff have a solid understanding of autism spectrum conditions.
Mental health help and support services. We Provide support for mental health patients with very diverse diagnoses including personality disorder,bi-polar etc.

Frontier Support provides help and support to adults suffering from Challenging Behaviour and strategies to manage & deal with challenging behaviour.
We provide behaviour management support with the focus on increasing a person’s quality of life and reducing the severity of their emitted behaviours.
We have an established supported living services and also work with a range of housing providers,find accommodation that fits with a person’s existing network.
We provide Domiciliary care services to people living in homes with approaches to cover anything from managing medication to building links in community.
